I love the look of this sweater, it is cute in a sophisticated way. However, I cannot in good conscience give it five stars because it wears horribly. Despite its close weave, it gets little snags, and it pills badly. The accompanying photo is after one day of wear. Also, the neck ruffle tucks in around the neck so I jab to pull it up all day. Fabric is bad
Don’t waste your money. Sweater fabric is terrible. I thought if I washed it before I wore it that it would look better but that just made it worse. I bought it in red which led to red fibers shedding all over my pants. After just the 1 wash, the sweater had red balls of fabric all over it that not even a lint roller could remove. Read more
