My teen is obsessed with wearing huge, oversized shorts, and she likes these with one minor caveat. They are a pull-on design and made with a very light, comfortable fabric that's perfect for hot summer days. They go great with a tank top or an oversized T-shirt. The elastic waistband is very comfy, but there are belt loops if you want to add a belt for a more snug fit. The only thing that I don't like is that these have cargo pockets, but no regular pockets. That means that my daughter has to put her phone in a cargo pocket, where it could more easily fall out, or her backpack, which is less convenient.
