Main issue (possibly because of my size) was the structure/size of the gape between the ring and cage. Lock protrudes a lot, this is not very discrete in pants, was obvious something was sticking out. Last issue is that it can be hard to get my shaft in the cage because of the material. Material also makes it a bit uncomfortable when hard - a hard material is surprising better. Still 4 stars because for what it is it’s good, I just didn’t know enough when I bought this. Good device, very lightweight and size was proper. However, the locking tabs are weak. I wore this for 2 weeks and the nocturnal erections I experience weakened and eventual broke the tabs. Other than that, you can hardly tell it’s on. Read more

Excellent product so far!
I haven’t tried any custom cages before, but among the out-of-the-box cages, this is the best one yet for mid/long-term use. Day 4 and counting and very minor/temporary discomfort from underside of base ring (for which I recommend using a small dab of lube). Every other area is totally comfortable! I definitely appreciate the softness if the tube portion. Definitely seems like a high value for the price. I’ll edit this review if I experience any breakage before the 30-day mark.
