I'll admit that I own a few of these types of vibrating perineum/prostate devices, and they can be a mixed bag. I can honestly say that this model is one of the best. It is constructed well and of high quality. I really like the length. Not counting the rings, it is about 9 inches, which is long enough to reach around and accommodate different body types and also allow for the full insertion of the probe. It's also easy to use, with just one button. Simply push and hold until the light comes on (it's probably best to do this before wearing). Then all you have to do is press the button (do not hold) to start the vibrations. Press again to start cycling through the different vibration modes. When you're done, press and hold the button to turn the device off. There is also a remote control, although it is not really needed to use the product but helps make it easier changing the vibration modes. Note that the remote does not turn the unit on or off. Although there is an off button on the remote, it only stops the vibrating. The power is still on until you turn it off using the button on the unit. The vibrations feel good and are powerful enough without being too powerful -- they're just right. As mentioned above, the length allows you to insert the end probe all of the way in, but I think the vibrations feel better and stronger when it's only partially inserted. I'm not usually crazy about tight fitting rings, but these are OK, especially the largest one, which keeps the vibrating part close to your body. For this device, I like just one ring around everything, and so I only use the main ring and not the smaller one.
