I have been using the Mando bar soaps in the shower head to toes for a year now. I generally have very sensitive skin, and I have had no problems with it. It’s been great for me: no rashes, and I have been able to stop wearing any deodorant. Deodorants often either make the skin in my armpits slough off and leave behind raw skin, or block my pores. Mando soap has freed me from that. I find the odor control lasts multiple days if necessary, and I am pretty active (daily gym user). I find it also helps with foot odor control. I have used all three varieties. My favorite is Fuji, but I also use the regular scented one. The bourbon one smells strong out of the box, but the perfume odor fades quickly once it’s in use. I know some users talk about the smell of the product ingredients. I think that is not very noticeable with the bar soap. It is very noticeable with the Mando deodorant lotion that comes in a tube. I think you can faintly smell it with the regular scented (pro sport) bar, but not with the others. Once it’s combined with your own body chemistry, odors are neutralized. I love the product snd use it daily. I buy it in bulk in advance, and take advantage of sales and promotions. So I pay about $10/bar, which does not seem expensive to me. Great product but I can't justify the price. Maybe the "acidified" wasn't necessary for me so I didn't see the value. Smelled excellent but if you need acified soap, this is awesome! otherwise I am good with my cheap Dial yellow. Read more

Our daily activities - work, the gym, even changes in hormones can sometimes cause unpleasant smells to appear out of nowhere. After researching and finding out that acidified soap can be an important first step in trying to actually stop the odor causing bacteria on the skin and not just cover it up I started looking around. I have been using Mando soap now for a couple weeks and I can confidently say I am so happy with the results!! Yes, it is a bit pricey but to find something that stops the smells rather than mask them is well worth the price!! Get yourself one of those little netted type soap holders to keep in the shower. This helps to dry the bar quickly after your shower and make the bar last much longer than placing it in one of those plastic soap dish holders that tend to end up with a little water in them after a shower.
