On my way to becoming an old person! I got these to start using for my daily vitamins and meds. Was fed up the last 2 week international trip I took trying to get my stuff together and medication wise--it wasn't even that much! My pill storage at home I liked, but only good for a week, and bulky to take with. Thought this system would set me up for the long haul. I opted for this set up vs some other systems (of the one at a time sealer method) because it seemed quicker, more options (like colors) for packets, and again, for the long haul. Once you buy the impulse sealer, you can also use it for other things! Onto the bags--they seem fine once sealed and easy to tear open. Although the video says you can double them over to seal, I prefer to not (perhaps this depends on sealer)...so I will be doing 3 and 3, so you can definity get the 8" sealer. In fairness I haven't filled that many yet, but found the 6 at a time was tricky (another reason for 3 and 3)--trying to get them all open and shove the filler in them at the same time...guess it just takes practice. The bags are just super flat and cling a bit when getting open and trying not to spill pills at the same time. This isn't a big deal for me since I don't have that many to fill at a time. Overall very happy with final product though and will order more of the different style bags. In the past I have had some vitamin packs that I have bought pre-made in packet form, and now this is so great I can make my own!! Going to also try out for protein power and things of the like! Super easy to use. Wish there were 7 in a row instead of the 6 but very helpful. I just use a hair straightener on lowest setting to seal them. I use a permanent marker to write AM/PM on them as it’s easier to know which packet to grab. Read more

There is so many good things of this bag! Perfect size for kids snacks and medicines! Very easy to open inside! A lot of quantities & good quality! I made 50+ little m&m bags and candy bags for kids valentine party at school. My kids wanted to have various candy bags. If I had purchased various types of candies and chocolates alone, it would have been quite expensive. Instead, I opted to spend about $20 on a heat-seal machine, a large M&M, Oreo cookies, and more at Costco. I love that you can sit down for like 20 minuets, lable the packages and pack up your entire month. Then you just pull of the date as you need it. There are plenty of bags if you have to do morning noon and night also and for the price it can't be beat. Just put the bags on the pill sorter, load your pills for all 6 days and then dump them in and slid the bags off. I tear mi e into 3 bag sections and you can hold at least 4 sets at a time in the heat sealer and it seals each bag and none of them stick together. For me, I think these are a great buy- combined with my heat sealer, they actually solve some issues I've been having lately- like changes is med doses at different times, or trying to remember if I even took my meds to begin with. Having them organized is one thing, but these pouches make it a bit easier- they are easily separable, and easy open with their notching pattern near the top of the pouch. I have both this clear plastic bag and the opaque wax paper bags. I would give them 5 stars except the bags and fillers come in sets of 6. Most countries I know use a 7-day week. So you have to make a strip plus 1 extra bag!?! Both styles are great for making my travel supplements and fiber packs. They seal well with a hair flat iron. The pill bags are amazing. I can’t remember which day I have or have not taken my meds and these are so very handy. I will keep on reordering until the end of my life or when I can’t hold things anymore. Thank you so much for bringing this wonderful fill system into my life. As seen in photos, the difference in the sizes. With a bit of effort, the small one can hold a LOT of my son’s gummy vitamins! The large one is spacious as well. I do not recommend sealing liquids, although, it is possible. I have introduced this to my patients as well as friends. I use a small fringe/bangs hair straightening iron to seal them.
