So I waited to review this. I’ve had them for about 5 months for try to isolate my lats. Long story short the straps have isolated my lats but they do not completely isolate the lats. You’ll still fatigue your forearms, but the straps do help you with mind muscle coordination. The straps are not cheaply made, they have held up what I’ve put them through. The padding is what I can term is real leather and are comfortable. They are easy to use and the best bang for your buck. For the person wondering “should I buy this?”. I’ll leave you with this. They will help you and you’ll get your money’s worth. I’d buy again but the way they are holding up I won’t need to, they still look new. Read more

If your wrists are over 7-7.25 inches they probably will be too small for you. These barely fit my 7" wrists....which is a pretty silly oversight if you ask me especially because the rubber part of the strap is really oversized. However if they fit your wrists they are a great wrap for both pulling (back) and pushing lifts. Idk if the leather is real or not but it provides the perfect cushion and grip when you wrap it around a bar. Great for the price but hopefully they'll alter their wrist sizes in the next production. I got a size small. I wear an Apple Watch wrist band small so I used that with my sizing. The straps for adjusting around your wrist are pretty long so I wrap it tight which fits well. I love the material it feels durable and comfortable. I used to have versa grips and the one thing I didn’t like about them was that the part that wraps around the weight was too short. These are longer and wrap better. I also like the padding at the end. They are super light and fit in my gym bag great. Also, you can’t pass up the great price for how well made these are. Read more

For the $14 bucks I paid, the quality seems pretty good upon first inspection. The neoprene straps are a little thinner and less wide though than some of the other more expensive brands. Don't know about their longevity because I have decided to return them. My main issue is that they're definitely made for larger people. For reference, I'm 5'9", 155 lbs., and have a 6.5" wrist circumference. The neoprene strap that goes around your wrist is too long for me. I can get it tight, but when I do, the two ends cross over each other and bunch up underneath the velcro strap. This is not ideal and not the most comfortable. My other issue is that the leather strap that wraps around the bar to secure your grip is too long. Once wrapped around the bar, I'm unable to cinch it tight into the palm of my hand because it runs up on itself. In other words, it wraps all the way around the bar and into itself before I can get it cinched tight. I have used cobra grips for the last several years which have worked well. I keep those at the gym though and wanted something for home that I would only be using occasionally and so didn't want to spend a lot of money on. For the price they're almost worth keeping. Bought these for my wife and she loves them. She is new to lifting so having easy to use straps are great to help her feel comfortable at the gym. They are made of soft material on the wrist wrap, and durable leather for the strap and the length is perfect. I recommend these for anyone; they are a great price and work as good as any versa grips. Read more

These are my first gym straps and they’re super comfortable, easy to put on and take off. Sturdy and good quality. Great size to put in my mini gym bag. They help with lifting heavier dumbbells (30+lbs) for upper body days and heavy barbells (90+lbs) on leg day! Read more
