I have short, thin and fine hair. I cannot use a heavy or super fragrant spray because of my sensitivities and my dogs. This is super mild and non toxic. I only had to spray 1-3 times. Waaay super light. If you are unlucky enough to have thin hair, it actually makes it feel kind of thick. Without heavy, or sticky or stiff. Highly recommend for those of us in our menopausal years.
