I love this chair, it’s exactly what I was looking for. Nice soft color, comfortable, smooth swivel, sturdy. The bad part is that it’s shipped in a box without proper padding/protection. When mine arrived there was a small tear in the upholstery where hardware had cut through. Disappointing for sure, especially because who wants to box it back up to take it back? Nobody.
