This review is for the model labelled 'BLACK' on Amazon, with the directly vertical arm rest supports (not diagonal). Most comfortable desktop chair for the price. My boss ordered me one of these chairs for work, and I loved it so much, I ordered one for my home. The lumbar support is great and feels extremely sturdy, and when the headrest is extended, it works perfectly for lying back and resting your head. The arm rests are also very comfortable. I have bought this twice now. I find the mesh cooling, even more so than previous mesh seated chair I have had for over 10 years. It is firmer but I find it comfortable. It is not overly difficult to put together. A few screws took a little more muscle to tighten than others. I'm not a huge fan of lumbar support and this seems to be middle of the road for support so not too bad. I don't care for the wheels. I already changed them out with the rollerblade style wheels from the chairs I am replacing these with. My biggest complaint is the location of the stupid government required safety tags. This chair has 3 that are about 10" long each. They are sewn into the seat bottom where the mesh meets the side of the seat frame. Impossible to remove completely. Will absolutely not tear either unless you can start a tear/cut in the edge of each tag. Literally developed shoulder bursitis trying to rip them out. Would probably buy again, though. Read more

Clicks and clacks. It's reasonably comfortable for a cheap chair. So I'll give it that. But makes clicks and clacking sounds as you move. I would save up for a better chair. Read more

Nice quality chair at lower cost than others with a Mesh Seat. Assembly was slightly easier than a similar IKEA chair. Assembly directions were clear. Once assembled, it seemed sturdy and ergonomic with back lumbar support and neck/headrest. Read more

Everything about this chair, is quality, it's very well-made, the entire experience, from how it well it was packed, to the ease of assembly - the manual is a large glossy, with extremely good illustrations, and clear proper English. They even included cloth gloves for assembly - which I think is a bit silly - but it was a really nice touch. I would definitely buy another product from them in the future. Read more

All in all the chair does what it supposed to. The chair seat stays level to the floor as you rotate around. This is important because your spinal alignment can be thrown off otherwise. This is the reason I purchased this product and it passed this important requirement. The chair also rotates smoothly and the castors work well. Assembly was more difficult than necessary. One of the threaded holes in the bottom of the chair was crooked. This required careful attachment of the back to the seat and it took more than one attempt. I almost returned the chair for this reason but I eventually got it assembled. The padding in the chair is adequate and comfortable for a person of my weight which is 225 pounds. The padding does seem cheep though. I suspect that it will ware out quickly. The padding in the arm rests is not adequate. After sitting and typing in the chair for about an hour I noticed that my arms were getting sore. This chair is good enough to keep but I would probably try something else next time. Read more
