Meh okay
The paper instructions came damp. I'm not sure why, it wasn't even raining outside. I've activated them, but not sure they are working well. They are kind of small, so you might need to use 2 in each shoe depending on your size. Read more
GREAT COMPANY AND PRODUCT!!!
I am updating my review - somehow I had originally received a faulty product, but this wonderful company sent me a replacement and it is PERFECT - no bad smell at all. I really like this product and it really works for me. I use it in all my shoes and even socks! Below is the old review, and the company and the product have since then redeemed themselves to me as a customer!!!!! I just opened a package I purchased in early August and these smell like a very nasty chemical. I put them in socks and shoes and they both ended up smelling the same nasty smell. I have used products like these before and have NEVER had this problem. And, sadly, since it is past the 30 day return policy, I am unable to return them, and will not be able to use them. I wish the sellers would honor a return, but I can't find a link to communicate with them. HELP! Read more

Couldn't remove mildew smell from product made to reduce odors!
Never got to try the product because the instruction leaflet at the bottom of the packaging was damp, spotted with mildew, and very smelled musty and mildewy. The odor had absorbed into the fabric of the charcoal packets. Surface cleaning didn't help, so I tried a couple hours of direct sunlight exposure (which is also how the product is meant to be activated) and it didn't improve at all. Can't help but wonder how well the product works if it made no difference whatsoever to the musty odor on its own surface, even 12-24 hours after the charcoal was activated. Returning product. Will not re-buy. Read more
