I bought these for my grandson a size larger than needed because I read one or two reviews where the parents stated it was a little too tight. Ends up, if I bought his size (he wears a 5, I bought a 6), I believe they would have fit him a lot better. He will eventually grow into them, so I'm not totally disappointed.
