Starting with the basics in case you don't want to read a lot but will give details at the end for those who look for in depth reviews. These pants are easily 5 stars for petite to regular size, business casual/classic style appropriate attire. The navy colour is as pictured and I ordered the XS which fit, albeit with an extra inch or so in the waist, but due to the cut it can be hidden with fashion tape or taken in since these cost under $10 (plus the extra room allows for some give and fits a bodysuit underneath without showing any lines). The material is structured and pleated but not stiff nor itchy. They have a hidden front zipper along with a slide/tab closure and matching silver button. For reference I am about 5'2"/101lbs/24.5" waist. The size guide I read listed the XS waist as 26 or 28" but for $8 I figured I'd try to have them altered butI measured them at 25" so they may just run irregular (?) If you are shorter like me and worried about the listed "above ankle" length I know it is tricky but for the lair I received it is safe to say they will still be flattering...worst case scenario the come across like skinny leg pants and you wear heels. ***Bottom line*** the navy pants look like the picture, are comfortable to wear and constructed similarly to a pair of Gap/Banana Republic pants (minus any lining). I have silver and charcoal. I am 5’5” and about 230lbs. At some stores I’m a 16 but I went with 18 and that was a good choice! The fit was a little snug around my waist once buttoned and they sit lower than I was thinking (they are not high waisted). But I LOVE the fit around my legs. I love that they go right above the ankle. I love the fabric. Two front pockets that fit my work phone (iPhone 14) without it hanging out. The cut around the butt is pretty flattering, no back pockets but it looks like there are. Love them overall, perfect for work and go with nearly every blouse. Read more
Finally found a pair of office pants that fit well. These are very flattering on me I have short torso (petite body type). Really like the quality and material they are not yoga style pants which I appreciate. Very comfortable, excellent for work wear/semi formal occasions and last but not least great price! Read more
I'm mostly disappointed because the material feels quality but I feel like it's cut irregularly just a little bit. Nothing noticeable to anyone else but I can feel it. The waist comes a good couple inches above my navel. I'm 5'0 tall and about 100lbs. I ordered a size 2 in black. The waist was too high & a good 3 inches too big. If I use a belt, the material would do that weird pucker thing and people can see that. Then the inseam is too short, stopping about 2 in below my actual crotch. Makes me feel like I'm a toddler with a loaded diaper. The upper thighs are a bit snug which is weird because the crotch is too big (on the pants lol). The pant leg falls right at the base of my bare feet (almost touch the floor). The ad shows it stopping at the ankle. The ad also shows a skinny cut style but mine are barely tapered at all and could actually fight my whole foot in the ankle and I'm 6 in shoes so that makes for a significantly wider cut than the ad indicates. The pants don't totally, devastatingly flatten my booty but they do it no favors, either. Make it look kind of wider than it is, also. It just feels irregular. I'm also not used to wearing dress clothes for work. Never had a job like this before so maybe it's just me but I kinda dont think so...pant length too long, inseam too short and waste too high and too wide. But tight in the thigh! Read more
I unfortunately had to return this pants. I actually really liked them except for a few fit issues. I’m a size 16, 18, or 20 depending on brand and the xxl new worked for my waist. The fit was lovely from waist to knees. However from knee down was very large and wide. It made the pants look stumpy versus stylish ankle length. Also note, I’m 5’10” so I always expect ankle pants to be more Capri length and standard pants to be ankle. These are pretty long though. They hit right at my ankle. I contemplated having the bottom of the legs tailored because they are a nice material and a good price. Read more
These are absolutely my favorite pants. You can dress them up or down. They are very flattering. I am 5'8' and they are the perfect length. I actually have two pair of the black, pink, white, silver, gray, and olive green. I have khaki but not crazy about that particular color. I love the fact that they are NOT a stretch yoga pant because those are not flattering in the stomach area for most people. I am 172 lbs. and I wear a size 12. I do not have a picture of me in the pants but they look just like picture. Material is thick and high quality. I have had some of these for almost two years if not more than that and they still look great. Buy them! Read more
I wanted to love these pants based on the great reviews. I am an 8-10 depending on the day. I got the 10’s based on reviews. These fit like 6’s. They button, but barely. I would need two sizes up to feel comfortable at the waist. The inner thigh and butt are tight too, which is odd for my body type. Length was great for 5”1’- hits just at the ankle like I like. Material is ok, might wear easily after a few washes and feels like some that attract lint instead of repealing it. Colors were spot on and beautiful.
