Just starting my fifth month and I've noticed my hair feels softer and fuller. While I don't have a ton of new hair growth just yet, I am starting to notice my hairline filling in and there is definitely less hair shedding. I like that these are actually multivitamins and because they are so easy to take I've been consistent with taking them. While I was not able to tolerate the taste of the liquid form of this vitamin, I think these taste great and I look forward to taking them daily. I struggled SOOO much with my thinning hairline. The rest of my mane is thick and gorgeous but man....I was receding. I love these vitamins! I just finished my first bottle and I can HONESTLY say I see a difference in my hair AND skin! I swear my hair feels fuller and I’ve been getting compliments about my skin glowing. The only thing I changed is taking these vitamins! I just subscribed to get them monthly- can’t wait to see results after more than just 1 month! Also- they do smell weird, but the taste isn’t bad- I don’t mind it at all! I grabbed the MaryRuth’s Multivitamin + Hair Growth Gummies hoping for benefits across the board — hair growth, stronger nails, skin support, more energy, and general wellness. I’ve only been taking them for under two weeks, so it’s definitely too early to judge results, but here’s my honest first impression. The texture is okay, but the taste is… rough. The first day wasn’t bad, but every day after that I’ve had to basically force myself to take it, and I end up chasing it with another gummy vitamin right after. On the bright side, they haven’t caused any stomach issues or side effects so far — just the taste makes consistency a struggle. I’m sticking with them for now to see if the benefits make it worth it long-term, but I really wish the flavor was easier to take because that alone will make or break this vitamin for a lot of people.
