This is my second bottle of this now. I have one child that will take medicine without any issues. I have another one that has a really really hard time. Flavors, texture, volume really bother her her and make her resistant. I have had no problems getting her to take this medicine!! It has no flavor, and it's not too thick not too thin. The largest volume for a child is 3 MLS so not too hard to take . You can use the dropper and put it straight into their mouth or mix it in something to drink. The dosing chart is right on the bottle so it's easy to use. It is not a tamper/ childproof top though. That's not a problem for me. The ingredients are vegetable glycerin and purified water. Sometimes I've noticed medicines have all these crazy additives. This one doesn't seem to have any and they state that their ingredients are vegan and non-gmo. It also doesn't need to be refrigerated I just keep it on the counter to remind me to give it. Read more
I had read so many great reviews about this product and finally decided to buy two bottles to get our family through the winter. We’ve finished the first bottle, and overall, it’s been good so far. I’m taking off one star because my daughter really can’t tolerate the taste—she fusses every time she has to take it, and I usually have to give her something else to chew on afterward. MaryRuth does offer a separate kids’ zinc, so I’ll likely try that once we finish the second bottle. While it seemed practical to have one product for both adults and kids, it didn’t quite work out that way for us. Read more
