Like other things people have reviewed, the purse comes folded up flat and then takes a while to find its right shape. I was even considering sending it back, but decided to try it out. It's growing on me. It's a good size and has several pockets like my previous purse, so should work out that way. The main section has a divider that can be helpful to some and a hindrance to others. I like the length of the strap and it's adjustable, so I can wear it cross body like I like to. The material is kind of a cross between fabric and leather. I like that I'm not using leather. It's light weight, much lighter than my previous leather purse. Four stars because I might like it a bit larger and I have mixed feelings about the divider. But I think it's going to work out fine. I’m a social worker who works with the elderly and disabled of all ages from 1 to 96. I do home visits and have to carry a large shoulder bag or backpack for my laptop, files, etc. I have clients who live in million dollar neighborhoods and clients who live in public housing. I had a small crossbody nylon bag to carry my personal items in but it was not sufficient in size. This one is the perfect size and has an adjustable strap. It’s made well with thicker, leather-like material, and provides more security than the nylon bag. It holds everything with room to spare, yet it’s not bulky or too large. This is the perfect size crossbody purse with plenty of zippered pockets. I chose the green one and it is adorable. The color is rich and looks sleek with the darker zippers. The front zipper pockets are perfect for cell phones and keys. I keep both my work and personal phone in the very front bottom pocket for easy access. Even with both in the pocket and the main compartment full, the pocket zips. It isn’t too loose though if I just have a single phone. I’ve already exposed it to a lot of rain without any damage or visible change. My mom immediately noticed how gorgeous this purse is. The green color is just lovely. There are three things I dislike but not enough to dock a star, because this really is a 5-star purse. - I wish the strap was longer for wearing crossbody. I like to plenty of room. It still functions as an crossbody even in a heavy coat, so no big loss. Just preference. - I wish the main compartment had more width at the bottom. This would mainly be for sitting the purse upright. It just makes more sense to me to have a bit more width at the bottom. There’s still plenty of room in the main compartment though. - I wish the tassels on the zipper were all green instead of green on one side and tan on the other. It makes it look a little less chic. I saw that in the picture before buying a decided I could remove it if it really bothered me. I usually just keep it unzipped and tucked into the pocket. Read more
