Excellent Quality It's Probably One of the Best Available
I was lucky to pick the perfect weights I'm using for fermenting. The cabbage leaf barely worked. I needed real weights. I have used the wide mouth weight and it fits perfectly and weight is just right. The smooth, solid design top bottom and sides makes it so pieces of vege don't stick to it easily. PLUS you REALLY get 4 regular mouth weights and 4 wide mouth weights. The small are hard to find!! Read more
Great quality
High quality, heavy, solid weights for fermenting in Mason jars. I got both sizes, the wide mouth size and the regular mouth size. The tamper is wood though and not dishwasher safe; I of course put it in the dishwasher anyway and now it's dry and brittle. I think they should offer this product with a dishwasher safe tamper for convenience. But these weights are great and I recommend them if you want to ferment. Read more
