I purchased these massage lacrosse balls to replace the ones I somehow “lost” which most likely means one of my grandchildren claimed them as their own. These are absolutely perfect for working out those deep, hard-to-reach knots. They’re solid, firm, and provide just the right amount of pressure to really target tight muscles. I use them for my back, shoulders, and hips, and they work incredibly well every time. If you deal with tight muscles or stubborn knots, these are an ideal purchase. Durable, effective, and exactly what I needed. And this time? I’ll definitely be hiding them. Read more

These are harder than the Yoga Tune Up Therapy Balls, which also comes in a pair of the same hardness. After using the Yoga Tune Up Therapy Balls for a while, I wanted something harder to knead my neck and back muscle knots. These are perfect, like doing Deep Tissue Massage on myself, as opposed to gentler massage. Unlike the Yoga Tune Up Therapy Balls, these don't come with a netted bag that holds them together and allows me to use both at the same time for neck or spinal massage. You can put it in a bag and do the same, but I find myself using only 1 ball at a time for more targeted massage. I'm gifting one of the balls to someone who I know needs this. Excellent value for money! Read more

Awesome product. This product was recommended by my physical therapist. I have sciatica with low back pain on the right side through my buttock and down my leg. After 8 sessions I showed improvement and much less pain but still had tightness in my right glute she used this ball to massage the area instead of the tennis ball and it really worked the areas and was easy for me to use. I have one at home and the other in my purse just in case I'm driving it at work. Read more

These massage balls are small but mighty. They’re firm enough to really dig into muscle knots without being too painful, and they’re great for working out tension in your neck, back, feet, or wherever you need relief. Super easy to use—just lean into the ball and let your body weight do the work. They’re made of solid rubber, so they’re durable and easy to clean, and the compact size makes them perfect to toss in a bag for on-the-go use. Great for anyone dealing with soreness or stress, and totally beginner-friendly too. Read more

Be careful using this on your back if you have chronic back pain. It's good for massaging the feet as it has enough firmness and is the perfect size. My issue with it is that it picks up dirt and hair very easily, and so it is annoying to clean. Read more

I bought these balls for foot massage ordered by my physical therapist. I have no idea if they are actually good for lacrosse. For foot massage they work very well. They help relieve Plantar Fasciitis pain. They are solid, heavy [for their size] balls. They seem like they will last a long time for this use. I do like them. Read more

These balls initially felt very dense and rather hard to me. After using them every evening on my feet, I am experiencing less pain in my lumbar area as well as legs. For an active person with work that is also active (bodywork and massage therapy), this is a very helpful and simple tool to ease tension. Read more
