Just received the 16 cup / 128 oz size Aqua color bowl today. Nice smooth finish, washed up nice. Although it is sort of heavy I thought it would be heavier, but it will not tip as easily as the old bowl. We have large breed dogs and so far so good. It was wrapped in clear plastic shrink wrap with the brand information paper insert and it was in an Amazon brown delivery bag. The Amazon Delivery Driver did a jog up the driveway ( props for wanting to get the job done ) we just wish he wouldn't have tossed it 3 feet from our walkway up to the concrete patio. You can even hear the clang of the bowl in the security video as it hit the concrete, and we heard it inside as well. But at least the bowl was well made enough that it didn't suffer any damage. I was pleasantly surprised by this dog bowl. It is easy to clean, durable, and nice looking. Great quality for a water bowl, which is what I needed it for. I am sure it makes a great food bowl too.
