I forgot I had this matcha in the deepest corners of my fridge. With matcha shortages and my favorite brands going up in price, I found this one and gave it a taste in my latte. 5g sifted powder, 50g water, 110g milk, 5-8g sweetener ( i used date syrup). So good! Not really sure what people are complaining about. The price is reasonable and the flavor is there for how it is advertised. Not sure why so many goofies are expecting the smoothest, greenest, sweetest, at this price point. Bunch of cheapies if you ask me. This is so affordable and great quality matcha! I am thinking of buying the big bag next! The matcha is not bitter but rather umami and taste just like the coffee shop ones! I use a milk frother to blend it with water and works just fine. The color is such a pretty vibrant green and one cup a day keeps me energized and ready for the day! Beautiful green color you'd expect from matcha, and smells a little earthy. It was so yummy and has that nutty flavor i was looking for.
