Works great. Stops the mattress from sliding out of place on the metal frame platform. Easy to put together. I was able to install these with the mattress on the frame without much problem. Easy to install. And NO MORE irritating sliding of my mattress. This relieved my nightly annoyance of my mattress sliding off the platform frame. Now I sleep better. I bought one set of these slide stoppers and tried them out. Then I bought another set for the second metal platform bed. FYI: You can install them without taking the mattress off of the platform. Just slide something under the mattress, such as wooden blocks or whatever, to raise the section of the mattress you are installing the slide stoppers under. I bought 2 sets of these. One to prevent my metal box-spring from sliding around on my metal frame, and the other for the mattress, of course. They are easy to install, and hold tight to the square metal frames of the foundation pieces. Those bits do not budge a bit! However, I'm finding them a little less effective at holding my mattress in place. They definitely help, but act more like "speed bumps" for the mattress' movement, than they do as a full stop- if that makes any sense. It's like the mattress kind of works its way over top of the stopper. I think they would work better if the part sticking up was a bit bigger. I'm not sorry I bought them, though. I got them quickly, all their parts were there, and they work well enough to suit me. I also appreciate that you get 6 per box. Read more
