These jeans came in as expected. Classic fit, nothing exaggerated at the waist, thigh, or length. Had been having problems with 'slim' fit jeans with other brands, that have gone too far with 'slim'. Basically the 'relaxed' label to get the classic fit. Well done Mavi. Read more

I’m a fan of this type of pant; cotton with enough strength to make them comfortable. I’d been wearing a similar style from Lucky Jeans and Lands End. Thought I’d try Mavi. So here are my thoughts. First, the material is much, much thinner than the brands listed above. Too much so. I also had a thread on the outer right leg which had to have been 6” long. I thought the pant leg was going to come apart. For the price of these, both issues I mentioned are ridiculous. I have worn twice. I don’t mind paying $100+ for a great quality casual pant but not these. Bottom line. There are better made and far less expensive alternatives. I love Lucky Jeans and found this style to be my go to REALLY casual pant. LJ can always be bought at a significantly lower MSRP, even direct. As I mentioned, Lands End offers a nice selection, too. I love these pants. Unfortunately, the pockets rip easily. I have had two pairs, and in both pairs, keeping keys or wallet or a phone in the pocket results in the pocket ripping in a few months. With better pockets, these would be my favorite pants ever. Read more
