This was the most direct and simple to operate check writing machine I’ve ever had. You cannot find anything wrong with it. The only problem I have is that I need A way to include the payee’s name and date and Purchase order on the check. For that simple function I’ll have to pay 💰 about $200 to $300 more! Nice product. Looks good, works good, very easy to set up and use. Seller says the dimensions are 12.7x6.3x3.75, but the one I received measures 9.0x4.25x3.75. The manufacturer should correct this as I almost didn't buy it because at their dimensions it would have taken up more space on my desk than I wanted to give up. Read more
So far, it seems to work pretty well. Easy to align the “top of check stop” lever. The embossing function works nicely. Only quibble is the Roman numeral “one” character, which looks a bit odd. After printing, hitting any number key starts a new entry without clearing out the old value, a nice time-saver, but you can still print repeated values if necessary. Received device and printing is clear and precise. Very impressive! Allows for multiple size checks with easy to adjust feature. It is supposed to emboss while printing. This particular one did not. Called the manufacturer to determine if an adjustment of embossing was possible. The manufacturer has been excellent and accepted return immediately as a warranty issue stating it should easily/visibly emboss. Awaiting warranty replacement bc manufacturer received defective device today. Will update this review at conclusion. Read more
