UPDATE: 1/04/26 - Maxgroom Customer Support got in touch and wanted to send me a replacement for my defective head shaver. 1) I am impressed that they care enough about their product and business to rectify the situation. For me, this is a very big deal. 2) This shaver is AWESOME! I wanted to use it for a while before updating my review and I couldn't be happier with it! The battery life, variable speeds, ergonomics, and ease of use make this the best head shaver I've ever used...if it were lost or broken, I'd replace it instantly. If you're looking for a quality shaver from a company that stands behind their products 100%, you will not be disappointed! =========================== ORIGINAL REVIEW: I was excited to try out this head shaver after reading the initial reviews. I shave while showering and it gave me a nice, clean, close shave that was arguably better than similar products... HOWEVER it stopped working after the second use! The media could not be loaded. Excellent men's razor. It has a sharp blade, cuts evenly, and is easy to use. The battery lasts a long time and it doesn't irritate the skin. Ideal for beards and quick touch-ups. Very practical and good quality for the price. Read more
This thing works great. Been using it for about 2 weeks so far. It cuts clean and fast. Unit is easy to clean and will last about 4 uses before needing a charge. It charges pretty fast too. The price is good for what you get. Read more

Maxgroom doesn’t give me a close shave, after shaving with product it’s still looks like I have a 5 clock shadow , someone send me a comment on TikTok telling me that a Foil Shaver will give me a closer shave. Read more
