I loved this dress. The fit was perfect, the length was great and it was very comfortable. After reading other reviews, I did size up one size. I do not like my clothes fitting tight. I am about 5’9 and I usually wear a size 10. I ordered the Xl. The large would have been okay. But I was completely satisfied with the XL. The material was not too thin or too thick. I ordered this dress for an upcoming cruise. I ordered the purple, size 2X, even though it was recommended that I order a size 1X (or XL), based on my profile--I wanted to make sure that I had enough room to be comfortable. And I'm so glad that I did! This dress does tend to run a little on the small side. Lucky for me, I was able to fit in the 2X, and with a little bit of wear, it seemed to relax its fabric tension and not be so tight. The quality of the dress is remarkable, very nice material, with pockets on each side that are big enough to hold a cell phone easily. This is a clingy dress, so either plan to wear some Spanx or other control lingerie if you're like me and don't want that little extra roll to show! I do plan on wearing this for some pictures on this upcoming cruise--will post when we get back. Read more
