Did it's job pretty well. If you have a big head or a lot of hair the bald cap won't fit properly, and it doesn't fit all heads, but if you don't mind it not being a perfect fit (I was wearing it for Halloween with my niece and didn't personally mind it not fitting well) then this is still worth the price. Came with a hair net and the ring was well made too. The medium was perfect for my niece and the XL fit me, although, I wish it came in a XXL just for the extra room. We had high hopes for this costume. We needed it for a relatively last minute costume party. It arrived quickly. We assumed it was in good order. Unfortunately, when we opened it to pack for trip, the front of the shirt was badly stained. Can’t tell what it is-looks like dark ink. The ring was missing from the costume which was a fairly important accessory. Unfortunately there wasn’t time to return it or order something else. The costume looks kind of simple from the listing, but it does match the character costume quite well. I was glad that included all the hair netting needed to put on the bald cap, if I had one recommendation it would be to work the bald cap a little bit first to get the folds out before putting it on. Other than that, it was a great costume that conveyed the character well and wasnt hard to put on or take off. This costume resembling a certain evil doctor fits well. I was a little dubious about the size chart, but it turned out to be spot on. The pants have an elastic waistband of good strength. There are pockets, so I can still carry my wallet and keys. The shirt zips up the front. Overall, it's quite comfortable, and will probably be warm enough in mildly chilly weather. The pinky ring is a light metal; I wouldn't be surprised if it's aluminum. I've got really skinny fingers, so I had to squeeze the it a lot to keep it from flying off my finger, but I used a pair of pliers to do so carefully and got it down to the right size for me. The bald cap is for large heads, and so it sits loosely on mine. I'm tempted to just shave my head for Halloween... Anyway, there's also a hair cap to under the bald cap. Read more

I only received the shirt, pants, and bald cap. There was no adjustable ring as advertised. Also, the bald cap had small holes in it, and there was no wig cap included. Other reviews of this item appeared to include a wig cap. Read more
