AMAZING DEMATTING TOOL!!!
BEST DEMATTING TOOL *EVER*!!!!! I have a Persian Tortie who is very long-haired and fluffy. She's a very clean girl, but about a year ago, she got stuck in a wall and got insulation in her fur, which quickly turned to matting, and I thought the only option was to shave her, so I did, but only the problem areas. Well apparently I missed one or two small ones, and they again grew into an unmanageable mess, and I was horrified I was going to have to shave her again. Lo-and-behold, I found this tool, and she's now fluffier and softer than ever, no mats, and best of all, no shaving. It did take some finesse and patience for both me and my cat, particularly on the large mats, but especially as you figure it out, it's really quite quick, simple, and gentle. 100/10! Read more

Not gentle enough for my cat
I’m sure the brush and comb are great in practice and work for many people, but if you have a pos orange cat who gets matted easily, I’d say refrain from purchasing this. He has proved to me that it hurts him to get brushed with these as other tools don’t make him react as much as he does with these ones. I think the value is great and it’s a good size for cats and small dogs, but just isn’t gentle enough so not what I was looking for in the end unfortunately. Read more
