I have purchased multiple sets of Maxrock wired sleep earbuds over the past four years. I have needed new ones when my dog chewed the previous pair (more than once) and when I needed a new connector to keep up with Apple's changes in the charging port combined withe the splitter dongle I purchased to charge the phone while also connecting these earbuds (3.5mm plug, lightning plug, and most recently USB-c plug when I got the new Apple iPhone 16). These earbuds are soft, comfortable, fit within my ear canal so that I can sleep on my side, and sound great for use in bed. Because they are wired, it does take some care to make sure I don't catch the wire on my arm or pillow when I roll over and yank them out. I am especially impressed with the seller, who was very responsive and worked with me when I was unable to lower the volume to a very soft level with my newest set. They graciously and quickly sent a replacement set and, only after that, did I figured out that the problem was a sound setting in my iPhone. In case anyone else has the same problem and finds this review, in the Sounds & Haptics settings, there is a tab called “Headphone Safety.” I turned on “Reduce Loud Audio” and I clicked on “Forget all previous USB headphones” or something similar. Why did you pick this product vs others?: I wanted something I could use while trying to get back to sleep. Small, fit well into the ear and most importantly, don't hurt. I don't even feel them! Can't attest to sound quality. Work good enough for what I'm using them for. Like that they come with 2 pairs since I misplaced a set immediately after getting them in. Eventually found them, so now I have an upstairs/downstairs set. Works fine with iphone 15. Can't say how durable they are as I'm sleeping (hopefully) when using and I don't flop like a fish while sleeping. Read more

I keep buying these hoping they will improve the wires. I keep buying these because I appreciate the way it fits. I keep buying these because they sound great at first. Until—they fry out every time after a few weeks of use. I use them a few hours each evening. First one side good out, then it’s starts crackling and setting off different audio features on my phone (e.g. I will be watching reels then it freaks out triggering and playing my Music app. It happens over and over with the slightest movement.) Eventually I just give up and toss them. These problems happen with every pair, and I’ve purchased many pairs of these MAXROCKs. Customer service replaced them once, stating they had plans to improve the wires, upon which point they would send a new set. I have not received another pair. I hope MAXROCK finds a solution to this consistent malfunction. Read more
The Ear Buds are great and I love the attention to detail of supplying the ear buds in a convenient protective compact case and 2 sets of ear bud. . The only comment I have is that the Ear Buds, itself, was not your standard size for most ear buds. They are very tiny and, at first, I thought for people with large ears they might be difficult to remove. i have small ears and it was a bit snug. These are awesome for sleeping as advertised!!! Can’t feel them even when you lay on them. Makes it so nobody is disturbed by YOUR sleeping sounds and also awesome because the battery doesn’t die like earbuds. I always wake up when there’s no more story playing because buds died.
