⭐️ DO NOT ORDER – Extremely Frustrating Experience I ordered this electric scooter at the end of October as a Christmas gift for my daughter. I didn’t open it right away because it was meant for Christmas, and when I finally took it out of the box on Christmas Eve, the wiring was already cut and the scooter did not work at all. I immediately contacted Maxshot for a replacement. After days of back-and-forth and delays, today is January 2nd and I was finally told a new scooter would be sent—only to wake up to yet another message saying their shipping labels are down and they can’t send anything, but will “contact me when they are able.” This company has been nothing but excuses. They shipped a broken product, showed zero urgency to fix their mistake, and continue to delay with no clear resolution. A Christmas gift turned into weeks of stress and disappointment. If you receive a defective item, be prepared to go through absolute hell trying to get a replacement. Poor quality control and even worse customer service. The media could not be loaded. We’ve been happy with the scooter. My son asked for an electric scooter for his 11th birthday. It was easy to assemble and fold down in half. I really like the safety features like the light up wheels and headlight and taillight for evenings when it’s dark. The size is perfect for him.
