I never write reviews but I have to with this couch. It was easy to put together and it is so worth it! I bought another Maxyoyo product 2 years ago (the cactus pattern floor mattress) that I love also. I am currently very sick and need to be close to a bucket just in case so I’m camping out on this right now in the lounge position. I also slept on it last night. It is so comfortable and lovely! It’s amazing in every position and I am considering giving away my bed to replace it with this. I truly love this design so much and love Maxyoyo as well! Perfect in every way, a wonderful reading lounge, guest bed, bed in a pinch etc! I did not have a bed when I got accepted for this apartment so the Maxyoyo floor mattress I got 2 years ago really helped me out. I wish this design had been out then because I would’ve definitely gone with this if I could’ve! I never write reviews but absolutely had to for this one. So grateful I went ahead and purchased it! I’m giving it 4 stars cause I think the value is about $50 over priced. I still recommend it however, just my opinion. It took about an hour and a half to assemble. Someone had a difficult time. I thought it was easy. I didn’t even grab extra tools. Just used the supplied Allen key. I didn’t tighten anything until the last step and I think that is important. I think the quality is decent. Time will tell but I do recommend just be aware that it’s more a futon than anything and it sits a little too low for my liking but it’s very comfortable to sit on. I’m waiting for a kidney donation so I have a lot of downtime right now and the “couch” gets a lot of use for video games. I’m happy with it and would recommend it. Beautiful. Very sturdy and high quality, and I can tell it will last a long time. However, putting it together was awful. I did a half ironman in 2021 and if given the choice between putting this couch thing together again and doing that race, I would choose the race. I also do not swear, but I certainly did putting this together. You need PLENTY of space, a DRILL!!!, a LOT of prayer, and hopefully the patience of Job in the Bible to put this thing together without checking yourself into a mental hospital by the time you're done, or without tossing something across the house in frustration. But in the end, sitting down on it, you realize it is quite beautiful and comfortable and worth the value for money AND, yes the assembly effort (when the painful memories subside). This item is not what’s shown in the pictures or described. It’s advertised as an adjustable floor sofa couch with armrests and multiple positions, but in reality it’s extremely low, does not function like a couch, and cannot stand on its own. You must lean it against a wall just to use it. The quality is very poor and it feels more like a thin floor cushion than a sofa or sleeper bed. Don’t waste your money on this. Read more

I wanted to wait a little bit before posting my review and giving my honest opinion. I bought this for my 4 year old as well, so please keep that in mind. It works really well for him on ights he doesn't want to sleep in his room and comes to sleep on his fold out couch in me and my husband's room. It doesn't take up too much space when folded up or opened, it loks like it's a part of the room & my son sleeps comfortably throughout the night on it. It looks really nice in our room when not in use and is comfy enough for one adult to sit on. I believe it only took my husband about half an hour to put together & so far, we love it. Highly recommend anyone purchasing this for a child, but uncertain how much adults would find this comfortable. Read more

Very low quality. Annoying to build. Trash hardware. Included tool is unusable. Tolerances are terrible. Make sure you check the listed dimensions because it is very very small. Uncomfortable as a couch. On the plus side it’s comfortable when it’s in bed mode, and the price is good. Read more

First off I have rheumatoid arthritis and so putting together projects like this seem very daunting to me. This however, was the easiest project I’ve ever put together. 95% of the screws I was able to hand tighten and they provided extra screws of both sizes and extra gaskets so I had leftovers, Which is so nice just in case you have a part that is messed up. I simply followed their directions and it was very easy. One hint which they do mention is to not tighten down any of the screws until you are done putting together the project. I would highly recommend following that instruction. Second, even though it’s very light, I slept on it last night and it was very comfortable. Once I put the thing together, I’m sitting on it with my four small dogs. I bought the full-size version and it is plenty of room for the five of us to sit, but they are small dogs. Since I plan on this being my full-time bed/couch I did buy a Japanese mat to add to the top of it when it’s bedtime for extra cushion. Read more

I was a bit disappointed by this chair. The way they hang the cushions on the frame causes the fabric to tear in multiple places, especially when used in the lounge position. (Lower cushion unfolded) Being as this is likely going to be used by kids it should have had a backer for reinforcement where the pillows meet and the top hoop of the frame should be about 3 inches shorter to keep the fabric from being pulled apart when you sit or if a kid stands up on it. If you buy this consider not hanging the top cushion over the frame. It may prevent tearing. My daughter put her knee through the seam within 10 minutes of assembling the chair. Otherwise it works pretty well for a movie chair for her. Also the cushions are firm so they make a nice pillow fort! Could have been five stars with a bit more thought when designing it. Read more
