Fragile
I love maybelline products but this one misses the mark. I usually buy the skinny pencil, but was having a time finding the right color, so I tried this one. The penil is super thin and is very fragile. I've lost quit a bit just trying to get it to the right starting level. I don't use a heavy line but I need it to be a little sturdier to at least get a decent line. Next time I'll jut wait on the skinny liner. Read more

I really love this eyeliner! It goes on smoothly it stays on all day it doesn’t bleed which I love. My only issue is it will break on you so you must be very careful and the tube is quite small so for this price I just buy two at a time. Read more

Thin and breaks easily
This eyeliner pencil IS NOT the quality that I am accustomed to with Maybelline cosmetics. The lead breaks off easily during use It is dry, brittle and doesn’t glide on easily.. Not worth the price. Read more
Negative Reviews Are Correct
I thought the bad reviews might be people being too critical, but they're right. I'm not a picky person so I really try to give products a chance. No matter how little product I twist up, it snaps and breaks off. It feels hard and scratchy when I'm applying it. It doesn't glide on easily, creamy, or pigmented, I have to press firmly to get it to show and then it's just a faded black unless I go over it again. It's not long wearing like other eyeliners. The revlon version of this is much better. If you're trying to decide which one to get, I'd go with the Revlon. I'm always on the hunt for an alternative to the old discontinued L'Oreal microliner, it was a super skinny micro wooden pencil with it's own sharpener. Still can't find anything like it. Read more
