New Beloved Seasoning.
I was looking to replace some very specific seasoning , a Bulgarian salt/herb mix called Samardala. This is definitely a very good replacement. It is not nearly as salty as the Samardala , Eastern Europeans love salt. You can just add some salt on top of this and this is truly a great seasoning. I use this on sandwiches , potatoes , fish.
