I use this bracelet to play padel. I broke my wrists when I was younger and any racquet form of sport requires more than my wrist can take. This is a 5 star product. I must say this. You have the option of differing thickness of padding to limit the movement in your wrist. It's tight and you can choose how high or low you want the bracing position to be.
