This cleanser has been a godsend in caring for my mother, who has dementia and is now almost completely incontinent. After purchasing the gallon size, I put it in a spray bottle so it's easier to manage. I spray a washcloth or waterwipes and clean her each time I change her undergarments. It has done an incredible job in almost completely eliminating any unpleasant odor associated with incontinence, as well as keeping her clean between baths. I never knew a product like this existed, but I am truly thankful for it. The herbal scent very has a pleasant and mild fragrance without being perfumy or medicinal. It makes my job easier, and I feel that, in some way, it helps her maintain some dignity. An excellent cleans are in very gentle on my very extremely dry skin.
