This is a well made, sturdy easy to put together couch. It comes in several boxes. Our’s were delivered three hours apart , so be patient. Directions were clear and easy to read. Put it together by myself in one hour. Love how easy it was to just plug in the wall and have a center double , push on lights and a plug for my cell phone to charge on each arm rest. Which was great for grandchildren plugging in there iPads to charge while sitting with us on the couch. Love this so much, ordered the matching recliner. Love the deep blue color. The cushions on this sofa are very firm and takes some getting used to. I hope it will soften some with time. Other than that this sofa is attractive and roomie. My husband is 6” and he can stretch out confortably when he naps. I really love the fold down middle seat with a table surface, cup holders, and área lights. Read more

From an engineering point of view, this is the best designed reclining sofa. Assembly is a breeze. I am 86 years old and I did it by myself. There are 6 large boxes that were brought by FedEx to the door. Although the FedEx driver could carry each box by hand, I preferred to use a dolly to bring them in. What is in each box is written on it, so you can start with the one with instructions, followed by the bases, then the backs, the arms. It's just connecting the pieces without even bolts and nuts as there are strong connections in place that slide in and clic together. No fragile plywood like in my previous reclining sofa. It's metal with perfect cushioning. Even the wiring is well designed and connected in 15 minutes. I have a bad lower back and a painful fifth cervical and I sleep and nap in my sofa because I am not comfortable in a bed. This is why I always buy fabric instead of leather. Read more

I bought both the couch and the chair in brown. Both are very comfortable and attractive. I like the color, and the rolled arms make it look more like traditional furniture. I actually like reclining on the couch more than the chair. The couch when reclined is almost like lying on a bed. I also like the full leg support on both. I am 5' 7", and the back of my ankles rest on the end of the footrest on both the couch and chair when fully reclined. Very smooth operation when reclining. I have the couch up against the wall and have no issues with it hitting the wall when reclined. Read more
