I have to say that I am delightfully impressed with this sofa. The fabric is soft and comfortable. the cushions are the right firmness and the assembly is extremely simple. they even supplied the tools needed. This is well designed and very sturdy. The heat is delightful on your back and the vibration motors work well. A little noisy but tolerable. I do wish that it could sit closer to the wall but the recliner needs the space. Great sofa at a good price. My wife and I put it together but we thought we had a defective one since the left backrest hung up on the center backrest when reclining. My son came home and noticed I had put the right and left backrests on the wrong sides. After reversing them, it works great. Massage, heat and recline all work great. Read more

I'm a 67f and I was able to bring the boxes in from the driveway and assemble the sofa and loveseat by myself, but I am pretty strong for an old lady. Ha! It would be better to have two people. The instructions are very good and I was never confused. The only drawback is that because they are sections, there are small gaps between the pieces that are visible and things like remotes can slip inside and fall through. The fabric is very soft and doesn't show where you've sat on your lazy behind for hours, haha. The heat is good, but it shuts off automatically in a fairly short time. The massage feature is nice. They recline far enough to fall asleep, but they do not go flat if that's what you need. So, not totally perfect, but I would purchase them again given the other options I've seen. Read more

Just set up the sofa this weekend. While it took two people, it was easy and instructions were perfect. All is working well and is very comfortable. One cup holder was broken in transit, I have contacted McCombo and expect a replacement shortly. We also have the McCombo lift recliner that is excellent and working perfectly. Looks wonderful in the living rooms and fits perfectly. So happy with the purchase! Read more

This is a very nice sofa that is a great value. Comes in 4 boxes which makes it easy to handle. Nice, clear instructions (box 3) made it a breeze to assemble. Very comfortable and absolutely love the heating function. Color is spot on to match our other gray furniture. Nice and sturdy and worth the price. So the couch came 2 days early which was great. It came on a Sunday when we were home and able to sign for it so I’m very grateful for that. Everyone says it’s easy to assemble but we didn’t think it was the most easy thing in the world. It took us a minute to figure it out but once we got the idea of it, it wasn’t bad. It’s super comfortable, reclines far back. The massage isn’t like a full on massage, just vibration. The material is really soft, too. I love it! Read more

The sofa is as beautiful as it appears on screen. The cushions are firm. The fabric feels and looks like velvet. It picks up lint. I'll want to use a lint brush on it. Instructions were clear, not at all intimidating, even for the novice that I am. I am 5'10". I had no problems with the size of the recliner. I highly recommend this company, this sofa. Read more
