The setup was straightforward — no wiring required, just a few screws and it was ready to go. After a full day of charging in sunlight, it worked flawlessly throughout the night. The motion detection is highly responsive, with a wide range and quick activation. As soon as someone walks by, the light turns on instantly, providing a bright and even illumination. These solar motion sensor lights are exactly what I was looking for. They’re super bright—3000 lumens easily lights up my driveway and backyard. Nice and bright, but the options to move the lights so you can actually use the screw holes is ridiculously hard, especially if you cannot use the bracket attachment. Also the solar panel can only stay FLAT (no turning it up and down to face the sunlight) being stationary was a challenge on its own. Read more
The light and solar charging panel housings are well sealed and bright and work well in terms of illumination, liked them so much I decided to buy two more. I was curious about these lights when i first saw them. they have 3 modes to them as in the description but for the price u pay they are decent enough to provide a good amount of light. i like that the side panels are adjustable and u can angle them however you need. the installation part was pretty simple. it come with a back part that you can nail/screw into the wall and then slide the light into place instead of having to anchor the light part itself into the wall and worry that it wasnt installed right. the motion sensor itself is good though sometimes you have to be in a certain range of the sensor for the light to actually turn on. since i have installed it, there hasnt been a change in the amount of light it has provided and is bright when needed. it unfortunately doesnt come with a romote like other motion lights do but for outdoors it comes in handy. i installed it in a place where there is lot of sun so i dont have to worry that its not going to turn on at night due to no battery. though i wonder if others have the same thing happen to them? i sometimes see that one of the lights that came in the pack turned on when there is nothing that is in front of it to detect motion. it doesnt turn on in the day while it charges but i wonder if there is like a bug or something else that it picks up to turn the light on. The media could not be loaded. I give this outdoor solar light three stars. Yes it does light up. It’s just not as bright as the other ones that I have when I ordered this one it said it was brighter than the current ones I had so I did expect it to be as bright, if not brighter it is adjustable and you can angle it. It does not angle as well as the other ones that I have it is a little bit more stiffer. The solar panel part is not really adjustable. It should be more adjustable where you can direct it to the sunlight. From the overall look, it does look durable. It is sturdy when installed correctly and it does look water resistant. The sensitivity on the light is good. It does pick you up when you walk by. It’s just not as bright as it should and even with me trying to adjust the brightness which I think it has three settings it still is not as bright as my other ones that I have, I will be returning this one and re-purchasing the same brand that I currently have.
