I really wanted to like this product, it's easy to use and refill, much more practical then measuring replacement bottles and adding water, since it does that for you. I like that it's plant based, and it really does clean well on both glass and stainless steel, no streaks. Unfortunately the smell was overpoweringly strong and pretty bad. I am someone who prefers unscented detergents and I don't use perfume, so using this product made me feel like I was cleaning with strong perfume, and not the nice kind. Unfortunately I won't use it because of the strong smell. If you are at all chemical sensitive like some people I know, stay away from this - it will cause a bad reaction. Read more

The glass cleaner is fine, nothing special. The scent is bad. But the trigger's plastic housing is TERRIBLE. The top piece broke off the first use, just came off. So now I have it banded to try and keep it on the bottle. This will be fun as the bottle lasts four times longer than a regular bottle of window cleaner. So, maybe just maybe, the manufacturer could take that into consideration and make a spray housing that lasts longer than initial use! Photos included - first photo is with the silicone band to keep it in place, the second photo is the problem. If it should snap back on, it doesn't... Update - tried to use the trigger with the piece banded on but it kept falling off. So I removed it completely. Now it pinches my skin with each trigger pull because the area to hold the bottle is so minimal. Just not understanding such a cheaply made bottle for a product that lasts four times longer than the competitors. Do better! Read more
