A year of daily use and everything lasted fine. No zipper issues. Nothing torn. Velcro works fine. We bought a second one because ours got dirty from daily wear and tear. We'll keep the first as a backup. We keep insulin supplies in the largest pouch, and glucose monitoring equipment in the others. Realistically use about half of the pill bottle elastic cords. None of them stretched beyond usefulness. Plenty of room for documents, an iPad, a book or two. Whatever. We'll keep buying this one as needed. Read more

I ordered this product for my Mom for medication organization as it's labeled. It arrived 3 days early! Mom is type 1 diabetic, HTN and new heart failure. There is adequate storage for all her meds and testing supplies. Of course the regular insulin stays in the frig. In searching, it was the best I found. Ideally, instead of just the accordion file for papers in the front, it would be better to have a ring binder so papers are secure and easy to look through rather than have to take all the papers out to find what you may be searching for; with that said, there is plenty of room for papers and dividers can be labeled. Price is high when it looks like a school ‘trapper keeper;’ however, it does have the bottle holders (3 sizes) which fit pill bottles and eye meds. I like that it has removable zipper pouch for meds that need to be refrigerated. Overall, I think it will work for my purposes... and like I said, best I found, unique. Read more

Great buy!! Purchased this for my dad (and sister, who manages my dad's medication). They both love it! My dad has taken it to doctor's appointments and received compliments about how organized everything is. He has quite a bit of medication, and this holds almost all of it. Plus, the extra pockets for documents (like med lists) and other supplies makes keeping everything together very easy. I think the only thing my dad doesn't love is the shoulder strap, but we just took it off and stuffed it in one of the free pockets in case he changes his mind later. I was concerned that my dad wouldn't like it, especially for the price, which seemed a little high at first, but he and my sister use it all the time. This has been the best way for me to organize my meds. I keep my son’s meds in it , also. I chose the style for Diabetics because I can use the extra cases for things like ointments or pills that come in a pack , not a bottle. I grew up with a mom who had Type 1 Diabetes so I can appreciate the case for those patients, also , but I use it in a different way. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis & other various medical issues. My son lost most of his small bowel as a preemie so we have a lot going on . I have tried so many items to keep my morning/evening meds organized & within easy reach & this is the best , by far.
