Very good. Generous amount. Nice grid lines on the back for estimating sizing. On clean, dry skin, I find this will stick for more than one day (including through showering) if you nail the application the first time. It does not stick well if you try to lift and restick more than once. Works best if you cut all the corners round. You have to make sure all your ends are on skin — it will not stick to itself well. Stretch is decent. Does not irritate my skin, however, it’s quite sticky so if you try to peel it off after only a few hours, it might be a little rough. It does leave a little adhesive residue, mostly around the edges, but that’s scrubbed off easily enough with some soap or something with some oil in it. When starting with new rolls, be careful how you put them back in the box — it’s easy to crush the edges of the rolls against each other causing them to peel back and wrinkle, which diminishes their stickiness and smoothness. I have capsulitis of second toe, left foot. Even at the age of 72, I’m a very active person, cycling, hiking, cross country skiing as well as trail maintenance around my place. The inflammation all but stopped my activities. Was care for by podiatrist who taught how to splint (tape) toe. I ran out of tape she provided, watched a couple tutorials on line, and one used duct tape. It worked for couple hours and start coming loose. I watched another tutorial with kinesiology tape, purchased this tape, and bingo, works like a charm. For the specific use for toe capsulitis, it’s great. It adheres, and the adhesion does not come loose even in the shower. Because the tape has backing paper, it does not begin sticking to skin until the paper is peeled back. Expose a section of tape, adhere, then stretch the tape and the backing paper comes off. Really easy to use. I’ve also fashioned a sun shield for my nose, and this will come in very handy for protection from the cold in these NE Minnesota winters, in particular, the black tape. A great product. Easy to use, adheres well, performs well, and a bit of alcohol to remove sticky stuff from skin when the tape is removed. Read more
We can't really rate pain relief because everyone is different. when I first used it I thought it was fine however I cannot wear this more then a few hours before the tape irritates me. Here is a picture after I only wore it for a few hours 5 at the most. It irritates my skin, gives me red skin and leaves some glue on my skin that I have to rub off. I cannot use this anymore because it is hurting my skin. Changing to 4 stars other tapes are worse Read more

This is hands down the best KT tape I've ever tried, and I've tried lots. I usually use it to tape my IT band and end up wasting half a strip with the die-cut versions so not having to do that it a real positive with this tape. The adhesive is very strong and one application can last a few days with no flagging. I also love that I can match outfits with the different colors. Read more
