Buyer Beware! I am generally loathe to write a super-critical review but have to make an exception here. I bought these supposed 12-ply 2x2” gauze “pads” to cover surgical wounds. They are completely useless for that or any other purpose other than perhaps kindling for the fire pit (which is literally where they are going). They are very roughly woven and rough feeling 1”x3” single layer pieces of fiber. They are an open weave and not suitable to cover anything and would not even work to clean or disinfect cuts or scrapes - too thin and very rough feeling. I can honestly say this is probably the most “ripped-off” I have ever felt by any online purchase. These are not only below expectations, but actually not even close to what they purport to be.
