I’m extremely impressed with the Medarchitect Right Hand Pill Counting Tray with Spatula (Blue – L Shape). The design is simple but incredibly effective. The L-shape makes transferring pills into bottles smooth and precise, especially for right-handed use. I’ve used other trays before, and this one feels much more natural and efficient. The bright blue color provides excellent contrast, making it easy to see tablets and capsules clearly. The surface is smooth and easy to clean, and the included spatula is sturdy and well-sized for accurate counting without pills sticking or sliding unpredictably. It feels durable and professional-grade — perfect for pharmacy work, clinics, or even organized home medication management. Lightweight but solid, and very comfortable to use during extended counting sessions. Highly recommend this tray for anyone who values accuracy, efficiency, and quality. It does exactly what it’s designed to do, and it does it well. Read more

While I have not used THIS PARTICULAR try I have used trays like this in the past as part of my job (prior to bubble med packets) which is why I have been searching far and wide for just the right pill tray. Compared to trays I've used in medical settings for med counting this tray is just as durable and functional with two exceptions: this try has a covered "tube" to place into a pill bottle for easy pouring after counting and it has a small "funnel" to place into a full pill bottle in order to pour the pills into the tray, two features we didn't have on trays back in the early 90s. Why are these two features so cool? Both of these features prevent pills from flying out and off the tray. The small knife spatula for separating pills for counting is very comfortable in the hand although the angle is a bit large which makes a awkward to hold it in your hand while keeping the short counting edge flush with the tray to separate pills. While I will be using this tray for counting and separating pills I will be using it primarily for my owner Reno (he's a horse) for when I need to count out (and crush, that's a later video using a pill grinder) his Zyrtec for when his grass and pollen allergies are kicking in (YES! Horses can be allergic to grass, pollen, even cockroachs. My former owner Rena, a blm mustang mare was allergic to five grasses of the seven found in NY as well as cockroachs.) This tray does come in both right and left handedness so be sure to identify exactly which one you need before ordering. The only negative would be the sharp angle of the spatula med knife. Read more
