II am really impressed with this product. It will not hold a lot of meds per dose/time of day, but probably will work for most people taking a moderate number of meds. (I found the larger sections (Noon and Eve) hold four large capsules comfortably with room for a 2-3 small(!) pills as well. The smaller sections (Morn and Bed) hold three large capsules and another couple of small(!) pills.) It is especially good for anyone taking meds 4 times a day or fewer. At the same time it is well-designed, attractive (the colors are subtle but the days are clearly marked) and the size is about 12X10X6 centimeters. It seems sturdy, and easy to use. The individual daily sections slide out and in easily while loading from the top is also easy to do. If you need a day's worth of meds the appropriate small daily portion of the unit will travel well and safely. Each of these is smoothly curved and feel very solid. They each have four compartments with a tabbed top that snugly closes but is easy to open for morning, noon, evening, and bedtime. (My only question --- and it does not rise to the level of a concern -- is how long will the compartment lids continue to close snugly given 4X24X7 use; still, it looks/feels well-made and this question would arise for any similar product, no matter how well made!) Excellent concept, love that it stacks & has each day of the week on the side. Looks neat & tidy on the counter, and saves space. Easy to toss in bag and travel with a day or two. Only negative is after a couple months of use, the lettering is wearing off and getting difficult to read. May need to use a sharpie or sticker to notate day of week before long. Edit: It's been 1 year since purchasing this item. They still function great and nothing has broken (was initially concerned the hinges would crack/snap.) The only negative is that the lettering has worn off on most of the cases. Keep in mind - I travel with them daily in a bag or purse, so they do not just sit on my countertop. Read more

I have had several type of pill dispensers over the years and this is by far the best ever. It is nice and compact for week and takes up little counter or cabinet space. I purchased 2 of these last May and they are holding up great. I like to fill my meds every other week. These little packets make it great if you are going away for the weekend to just grab the 2-3 days of meds you need instead of whole container. They seem to hold my meds fine. I also like that I take the one day out of tower and put on top to make sure I take meds thru out the day, end of day put back in tower, then ready for next day. I take meds before breakfast, some meds & Vitamins after, then another set of meds after supper. So the Noon and Eve slots are filled with after breakfast since Vitamins are larger size. In the pics you can see the tops can be removed to ease filling and snapped back on. On some of the individual containers the printing is starting to wear thin but you can still see it. I am probably going to order 2 more as backups so when these are done, I have new ones ready. Highly recommend. UPDATE: I still think these are great but as others have commented the printing ears off easily. Once I realized this I took clear finger nail polish and covered all the lettering. I love it, exactly what I needed to bring my vitamins and supplements with me to work and this allows me to bring them all and keep the separate. Durable, stayed latched in my backpack all day. I love that they are labeled with the days of the week so I know if I forgot anything and which day I missed my meds.
