This is so nice and compact yet has to many different options. Each does something different and has different results. I've sent two different purchases back as they didn't live up to the reviews, but I am happy with this product. I picked this machine because it has infrared light plus other colors to pick from for varying types of treatments. It was a good choice as I can feel it working and has improved my circulation, joint issues and skin. After two sessions; the pain in my hands and thumbs is nearly noticeable. It was shipped quickly, was easy to put together and easy to use from the clear instructions. I won't be taking apart to take it anywhere else, so that's not an issue for me. We have loved this purchase so far. My son has seen really good results using the blue light to help with his acne. His results have been so good that he uses it daily and for any teenager to do something willingly day after day is a great sign. This review isn't about longevity or results yet. Just saw that some reviews were about cheapness and packaging. Item was packaged well, easy to assemble, and of the quality you would expect at this price point. While the pictures show it fits over most body parts, I doubt if it will fit some american body shapes. It is an easy and light item to move around and is a perfect size for that.
