Not useful
I've tried many different brands of melatonin, and while I have preferred brands I'm not against trying something new. Product was not expired, and had a seal. I can only conclude the formula as faulty/deficient. I did read reviews with a grain of salt - in this instance, many complaints raised are true. The melatonin seemed to be very little. Nowhere near the effects of a typical 10mg (fast dissolve) supplement, in comparison to several similar priced, if not cheaper brands. One thing I experienced was the 'fast dissolve' was more a hard chewable. I added 1 star as the taste was pleasant. It is odd, and rare to have such a weak result. (Reason for review) I would say these felt like 1mg. No adverse reactions, just not useful. Read more
