I am a very restless sleeper and also working nights i need something that slowly winds me down after a long nights work along with being effective. The pills theirselves are tiny which on the bottle its recommended that you place under tongue and let it dissolve. That was ideal until you get more towards of the end of the pill and the taste was not very good. I have discovered letting it dissolve the majority of the way then drinking something before it gets completely gone to alleviate the aftertaste that comes with the Melatonin pill. Another thing I discovered was this absolutely gives me no restless leg syndrome like some night time pills do. I am not constantly moving my legs, trying to get the tingling to go away. Once this pill is absorbed, You slowly drift into a sleep and actually stay asleep until the next day. I do not wake up groggy nor do you have any issues waking up when I take the pill. I am over the top excited about this particular pill as I can sleep all night ans not have any signs or symptoms of restless leg syndrome! It helps me get to sleep a little easier than usual. These tablets are no different. They work as well as any other tablets I’ve taken. These are strawberry flavored and they dissolve fairly quickly. You just sit one under your tongue about 20 minutes before going to sleep. It’s easy to use and the 60 servings per bottle is a great value. I haven’t had any side effects from melatonin, although some people can have vivid dreams. Sounds pretty awesome to me! I don’t think it does anything for my dreams. I don't know, it's just not working for me. That's probably because some of the other medication's that I take can cause insomnia and other sleep problems. I'm still giving it a good review because it honestly doesn't taste that bad. You put it under your tongue and you'll let it dissolve. When you smell the pills in the bottle it has a very fragrant dollar store hand soap kind of smell to it. It's not bad. I took off one star because there's no need for this giant bottle for the amount of pills you get I just feel that it's wasteful to the environment. Read more
