Decent Melatonin, Chewable Pills are 5 mg, So Easy to Adjust Dosage
These melatonin tablets are small enough to be swallowed easily, which is what I do when I brush my teeth before I forget to take them. Of course, they can be chewed or just held in your mouth and dissolved, which would make them easier for children to take. I find it strange that they are promoted as 10 mg when in fact each tablet is 5 mg. One can easily take the usual 5 mg of melatonin without having to cut the pills. This means there are 120 servings of 5 mg and 60 servings of 10 mg, or somewhere in between if you alternate between 5 and 10 mg like I do sometimes. They are sweetened with sorbitol and artificially flavored, therefore, I can't count them among the best melatonin I have taken. Read more
