As someone who falls asleep on their tummy, then adjusts to their side and eventually back, this pillow is perfect for any position! Lately I've been noticing my quality of sleep has been declining because I would wake up in the morning and not feel well rested. So I figured maybe a better pillow would help since I was using a generic pillow from Costco. I saw this pillow and figured I'd try this because of the neck support and soft yet sturdy reviews and one of my best decisions this year! Design: The size and shape of this pillow is perfect. I'm 5'0 and my partner is over 6'3 and the pillow is perfect for us (we each have our own). He likes the contour side and I like the flat side but I like the design because you can tailor the pillow to your own comfort! Support: This is my first time using an ergonomic neck support pillow and my god this pillow lives up to that name. I lay my head down and the comfort and support on my neck is a game changer. Sleep Improvement: I've been able to sleep longer, better, and louder (according to my partner) because of this pillow. I've always struggled falling asleep on my back but this pillow makes it much easier to do so! If I am sleeping on my side, this pillow is great at supporting my neck; however, it has taken some getting used to on my back as it is thicker than I expected. I am happy to report that I have had little to no neck pain while using this pillow, so I think it was a good investment. It seems to be of good quality, and the materials are comfortable on my face and neck. I have been using it with a silk pillow case, and this keeps my face and neck cool. Over the last 4 years, I have spent a fortune on pillows looking for one that will not aggravate an already existing shoulder and neck issue. I already have problems with my back, I don't need more persistent head and neck issues. I mean it was so bad that I could open my own pillow business with the money I have spent. I actually had to start throwing brand new pillows in the trash because I had nowhere to put them all, my spare bedrooms were a sea of pillows, I gave so many away too. This pillow is the only one thus far that when I wake up, I notice that there is no added stiffness, pain or discomfort. I will say it is firm, but not too much, but if you are used to a much softer pillow, you will have to get used to that, and you will, it just may take a few days. It will take a few days for anyone to adjust to this type of pillow, just give it a chance . Remember though, no one pillow will treat an already existing condition. The goal is to find something that doesn't irritate what you already have and will provide support. If you have really bad pain, consider your mattress or make some lifestyle changes. Make sure you wash the cover FIRST. I put my own pillowcase over the cover. I saw a review where someone developed a rash, they probably didn't wash it, or it was a return. I found out Amazon accepts and resends returns of this product, so be very careful. That can be extremely dangerous. It should be in new sealed packaging when received. Overall, great support, height is good, the width is fine, It is about standard length maybe slightly longer. For the price, this is a good choice, I recommend it. If I develop a rash or a stiff neck later, I will let you know. UPDATE: About 4 months in and I have not developed rashes or had any new pain as a result . This is a great pillow and offers 2 different levels of neck support. I purchased 2 different kinds of memory support pillow and this one has surpassed the other in comfort. I also like that the case is washable. Now, I just hope that teeny zipper holds up, but overall its the pillow was great buy! Read more
