This is horrible and worsened my cervical nerves. I usually read reviews and pay attention to waiting, but it definitely is not comfortable or soothing at all. The positioning of my head is horrible on this as its stretching the nerves further. Uncomfortable and personally for the position, the fitting of it is weird and would not suggest anyone waste their money on this. For the record, I purchased this last year in early 2025 and had it for a long time. Used it for months and if this was genuinely a good product, it wouldn't feel so hard as rock for months on in. I have experienced excellent sleep throughout the night since I purchased this pillow. I no longer wake up with neck, shoulder, or back pain. It has helped with realignment of my body while sleeping so I no longer experience lower limb pain nor do I have to use other pillows to balance out my posture. This is a great pillow, but much smaller than I expected. It is cooling, but not all night. I get hot, so I find myself throwing the pillow to the side. It has a tendency to flatten a little while using, but as of now it is the best neck pillow that I have used so far. I am on a journey to find something comfortable for me because I am a side sleeper. The one great think I can say about this pillow is that if you are a back sleeper, it is exceptional. Read more
