I really like this thing! But, i'd say that the weakest aspect of it is the cooling feature. Even at max strength (why would you ever not have it at max strength?), you can barely feel it. But after all this time without having any cooling at all, i'm sure my xbox appreciates even this gentle little breeze. It's understandably very quiet no matter what strength you have the fan on - but that's obviously because it barely moves any air in the first place. That aside, there's still a ton of things I like about this. I love the LED lights. I love the dual resting spots for my controllers. I love the additional USB ports it offers. And I love how securely it holds the xbox - doesn't feel like it's gonna tip over at all when I bump my desk around. So yeah, i'm still very happy with this thing. I'm glad I got it. The cooling fans are very cheap and provides no additional cross-breeze. Xbox's are notorious for overheating. This product (cooling stand) does not address the issue. The stand is a great fit for the XBOX S and official controllers. Xbox One controllers, which are more angular, do not fit. There are two buttons on the front to control fan speed (which is useless) and the color of the LEDs. Buyer beware, there is no multicolor setting as on the display. You can only have one color at a time. The two controller batteries fit all Xbox controllers. Time will tell how durable these batteries are. I expected the battery pack to have pins like a name brand pack would have. Instead, there are two leads like a AA batteries. It's functional, but I believe this repeats the theme that this product was made on the cheap. Besides, you can get charger packs with double the battery life for less than the cost of this product.
